The Pop Art Shop FAQs

I'm reposting these here in case anyone missed them. There is a reason there is a link for this in the header of The Pop Art Shop. Please, read the FAQs.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is The Pop Art Shop and how is it different than your normal shop?

The Pop Art Shop is where I sell all of my original paintings. The normal shop has prints and duplicates of my work on products, but not original work.

It's also different from my normal shop, because it's not open all year round.

How often is The Pop Art Shop open?

The Pop Art Shop is only open once a year--usually in the summer.

What are the important dates to know for The Pop Art Shop this year?

  • May 28th: The Art Shop Opens for newsletter subscribers

  • May 29th: The Art Shop Opens to the general public

  • June 14th: Is the LAST day to shop

  • June 15th and 16th: paintings get packaged

  • June 17th: the paintings start getting shipped

Why is The Pop Art Shop only open once a year?

As an autistic person, I would suffer burnout from trying to manage a shop of original paintings all year round. There's a lot more that goes into an art shop than people realize. This helps me both manage The Shop better and assist my collectors better.

If I buy prints or other products during The Pop Art Shop do they ship separately?

No. If you buy from The Pop Art Shop and have stickers and prints in the same order they will ship with the paintings and not before. If you want them sooner you'll have to purchase them separately. (However, I am stranded in the desert right now and cannot ship anything until after June 4th. You can read more about that here.)

Do you ship your paintings internationally?

Currently, The Pop Art Shop isn't set up for international shipping. If you would like a painting shipped internationally you can email me at liz@lizkellyzook.com before you purchase so that I can get a proper shipping quote for you.

Are there returns or exchanges on paintings bought from The Pop Art Shop?

The reason I put so much work into photographing and listing these paintings is so that you, as a collector, know exactly what you're getting when you hit that "Add to Cart" button. So I do not offer returns or exchanges on paintings. Please be careful to read the listings and examine the damage any painting may have before purchasing.
